Please see below for some frequently asked questions in regard to our November 18th auction in relation to the 1st November 2020 COVID announcement by the Government

Is the November 18th Auction still going ahead?
Yes, though due to the Government lockdown announcement on 01/11/20 the auction will be completely online
Can I view the lots?
Unfortunately the Government lockdown announcement on 01/11/20 viewing of the lots in person is not allowed.
How do I make a bid?

You can bid online – simply create a user account at https://bid.hampsonauctions.com/login and once you have done that you can then register to bid at the auction itself.

You can lodge absentee bids either by commission or live by telephone, contact one of the team on 01606 828124 or auctions@hampsonacutions.com.

How can I view the auction?

Shortly before the auction go to https://bid.hampsonauctions.com/ and there will be a link to view a live stream of the auction.

If my bid is successful, how do I collect the lot?

Upon receipt of payment for the successful bid, our team will liaise between you and the vendor so you can arrange collection of the lot direct from the vendor. Please follow all government guidelines in place at the time of collection, this may mean that you will need to utilise a professional transportation company to collect the lot on your behalf. If you need contact details for transportation companies, please do not hesitate to contact one of the team on 01606 828124 or auctions@hampsonauctions.com.

I am a vendor but am shielding, can the lot be collected without endangering me?

Please contact one of the team on 01606 828124 or auctions@hampsonauctions.com and we can discuss how we can arrange collection of the lot to ensure your safety
