If you are a seller, by entering a lot for sale with us, you agree to the relevant version of our terms and conditions applicable to sellers.

If you are a bidder/buyer or are otherwise attending any of our auctions (other than strictly as a seller), by making an account with us and/or attending or bidding at any of our auctions, you agree to the relevant version of our terms and conditions applicable to buyers/bidders.
