Complete our online form, giving full details of the car, bike or registration number and our friendly team will contact you with a valuation.
Bring your vehicle to our secure storage site in Cheshire – or use our collection service to do so – where it will be valeted and professionally photographed and made available for viewing.
The item is launched into our latest online sale, complete with professionally-written description, and supported with promotion via our social media channels and e-newsletters.
When the seven-day sale period is up, if your lot has sold, you receive the sale proceeds, with no seller’s fee deduction. You only pay your entry fee.
Does this replace the Hampson saleroom auctions?
No! Our auctions at Bolesworth Castle and the Oulton Park Gold Cup are a fabulous way for vendors to sell within the dynamic atmosphere of a live saleroom and will remain a key part of the Hampson offering. Our vendors simply now have an option and can choose the one which works best for them.
When’s the first Marketplace sale?
The first Marketplace sale goes live on Friday 24 January 2025, and close a week later on Friday 31 January. Entries will open in the first week of January – and you can pre-register your interest (see ‘What Next?’, below).

What about hidden costs?
We don’t believe in them. The Hampson ethos is that everything should be transparent – what you see is what you pay. And this includes the charitable element; we will present a running total of the funds raised for The Joshua Tree and give regular updates on what those funds have been spent on.
What will it cost to buy through the Hampson Marketplace?
Our 7% Buyer’s Premium makes the Hampson Marketplace an attractive place to ‘shop’ as well as to sell. We’re also proud to announce that we split the 7% buyer’s premium, with Hampson’s donating 1% of the hammer price of each lot to The Joshua Tree, supporting families affected by childhood cancers.

The Joshua Tree provides bespoke programmes of support to improve the emotional wellbeing and mental health of all immediate and extended family members who are affected by childhood cancers.
