In just two weeks’ time it will be Preview Day for our 22nd September sale at Bolesworth Castle – and we have a fabulous selection of cars building for the auction, including this glorious Ferrari California. |
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Ferrari enthusiast or collector to acquire – at No Reserve – a particularly fine 2013 Ferrari California F1 with a Ferrari main dealer service history and less than 5,500 miles on the clock – a figure which is backed up by the service history and MOT records. Supplied new by Stratstone Ferrari in Wilmslow, Cheshire, the car has been regularly serviced by them throughout its life, as the stamped service book with the latest stamp at 4,821 miles shows. The vendor, who is only the second owner of this stunning car, describes all aspects of ‘MW63 WRF’, from the 4.3-litre, 490bhp V8 engine, seven-speed semi-automatic transmission and electrics (including the retractable metal roof) to the paintwork, bodywork and interior as ‘excellent’, and we can see nothing to dispute that claim. The California has covered fewer than 1,500 miles in the past three years. The enviable technological specification includes adaptive front light system, dual mode MagneRide suspension, electrochromic exterior and interior rear-view mirrors, front parking sensors and a tyre temperature and pressure monitoring system. The ‘immaculate’ interior of this 2+2 convertible boasts Ferrari’s optional carbon fibre driver zone and centre console trim, ‘Daytona’ black leather front seats with embroidered Cavallino emblem to the headrests, Giallo tachometer dial face and ‘Daytona’ Alcantra insert panels. Externally the 20” aluminium wheels feature Giallo Modena brake callipers, while the Rosso Corsa paintwork is enhanced with Scuderia Ferrari shields. This highly desirable machine comes with two keys, full Ferrari book pack and toolkit and an MOT to 16 March 2025. Ferraris with such a desirable provenance and warranted low mileage are very rare indeed – and ones offered at No Reserve are even harder to find, and eminently collectable as a result. |
